As an iGaming CRM consultant with 20+ years of industry experience, Shahar Attias has helped startups and publicly traded operators optimize their VIP Programs & Player Retention efforts. He can help your company benchmark your internal marketing strategy, procedures, loyalty, and KPIs with the competition.

Lali Odosashvili comes with over a decade of experience in customer relations within the entertainment industry and is currently the Head of Marketing at Hybrid Interaction. Her great understanding of tourism and hospitality helps her to find common ground with clients of various backgrounds.

Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Columbia, South Carolina, to gain expertise in the changing regulatory environment of the gambling industry in North America. She is working across several regulated jurisdictions with online gambling operators, including omnichannel projects in the most saturated local markets. Lali’s personality and knowledge are continuously recognized by the biggest iGaming conferences when asked to share her thoughts on the most relevant topics of the gambling industry.

Lali joined us at the beginning of 2022 and has made a huge impact on Hybrid Interaction's growth ever since. Her impressive set of skills has benefited our clients through every stage of business development.

Konstantin Pellmann looks back at nearly a decade of experience within the global iGaming
space. His journey began at the gaming powerhouse Tipico, laying the foundation for the
illustrious career that followed within the field of VIP and CRM. After three enjoyable years at
Tipico, Konstantin joined LeoVegas with the mission to uplift the operations and
infrastructure within the VIP Department. At LeoVegas, Konstantin initiated the optimization
of existing processes and spearheaded the streamlining of day-to-day operations.

 

After nearly five years in Malta, his journey took him to Vienna, where he joined the
household name Bwin as part of the wider retention team for DACH market. Looming
German regulation, Konstantin seized the opportunity to further his proficiency within the
industry. Attracted by an opportunity of building up a new operation, Konstantin joined
Palasino, Czech land-based Casinos, to develop their online division back in Malta.

 

Given the scope at Palasino, he gained valuable insights into various aspects of the
operation and more importantly grasped the technical nitty-gritty of building a new business
including a MGA Systems Audit, Backoffice and CMS Q&A.


Konstantin’s learning curve and hunger for new projects, subsequently lead him to Hybrid
Interaction. Konstantin joined the team in May 2024 as Head of CRM Operations and is
focused on providing a premier service to existing and future clients.

 

Konstantin holds a master’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the University
of Westminster London.

Bella successfully led a team of professionals focusing on strategic CRM planning and execution.

 

Bella Yedoyan joined our team of Analysts in December 2021, and has been picking up a handful of additional responsibilities ever since. She began working with data during her position in a charitable non-profit organization as a DBA, where she gained fundamental knowledge later to be practiced in Hybrid Interaction.

Studying for her master’s degree in Project Management and working part-time as a junior researcher at the National University of Construction and Architecture of Armenia, Bella responded to our job offering post on LinkedIn and has been immediately given a chance to implement her knowledge and exercise her analytical and interpersonal skills. As an experienced CRM executive, she is certified across all leading Marketing Automation platforms in the market.

During one of the large-scale projects, Bella successfully led a team of professionals focusing on strategic CRM planning and execution, which further strengthened her set of project management knowledge and skills. Currently, Bella is one of our Senior Project Managers with a master’s degree in the field and remarkable iGaming experience.

Zhanna Manukyan is a dedicated Project Manager with a passion for driving successful projects and utilizing her diverse skill set to contribute to team success.

Zhanna Manukyan is a dedicated Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving successful projects and utilizing her diverse skill set to contribute to team success. Her professional journey began with an internship in influencer marketing, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of influencers on various projects. Afterward, she transitioned into a freelance role as a content writer, which provided her with the freedom to explore her creativity and craft compelling content across a wide range of subjects.

Currently, Zhanna performs her role as a Project Manager at Hybrid Interaction and plays a crucial role in the successful execution of multiple projects. Zhanna's strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication enable her to coordinate project activities, ensure timely deliverables, and foster collaboration among team members.

Her professional journey showcases her dedication, adaptability, and passion for professional growth. With her diverse skill set and ability to manage multiple projects effectively, Zhanna continues to make significant contributions to the success of Hybrid Interaction and the projects she undertakes.

 

 

Mariam Avetyan as a versatile marketing professional has a diverse background in various industries. During her student years, she has made a positive impact through her involvement with the "Learning Mission" NGO, providing English language classes to injured soldiers. She has also excelled in administrative roles, making arrangements with carrier logistics companies and presenting transported goods to partners at a logistics company.

Mariam's linguistic talents shine as an Article Translator for the "Hadrut De-Occupation" Journalistic Team, providing written translations of academic articles. With her expertise in marketing, organization, and languages, Mariam continues to excel and make a lasting impression in iGaming Industry.

As a Project Manager in Marketing at Hybrid Interaction, she creates strategic plans and executes advertising campaigns on the company's website and social media platforms. Her keen eye for detail and understanding of consumer behavior drive engagement and increase brand awareness.

Nona Titanyan brings a dynamic blend of marketing expertise and communication skills to Hybrid Interaction. As one of the team's newest members, her impact is already being felt.


Nona's experience comes from the world of iGaming. Previously, she sparkled her copywriting magic at one of the Caucasus region's most popular casinos, where she played a key role in crafting compelling marketing promotions, voice-over scripts, newsletters, and translations.


Nona's educational foundation is equally impressive. Holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Communications and Journalism, she possesses a keen understanding of people and their needs. This, coupled with her years of experience in customer support, makes her a valuable asset in building strong client relationships.


A natural linguist, Nona is fluent in multiple languages. This, combined with her quick wit and sharp learning curve, allows her to grasp new concepts and situations with ease.


Nona began her work journey even before completing her schooling, packing a decade's worth of experience into a shorter timeframe. Her dedication and drive are evident in her relentless pursuit of her goals. This trait resonated strongly with Hybrid Interaction's CEO, who famously remarked, "I hired you in a week because I didn't want you to make any progress with another company." Nona is undoubtedly poised to meet and exceed expectations at Hybrid Interaction.
