Narine Hovhannisyan is a former CRM Product Manager, with years of experience in the iGaming industry. Narine started her career in one of the biggest platform providers - BetConstruct.  She has developed, executed, and continued refinement of multi-channel customer relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and customer relations strategies, decided on the platform's structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

Narine has managed CRM specialists and collaborated with various numbers of customers all over the world.  She has provided leadership and management for operations featuring contact centers & customer care by establishing measurable goals and assisting with roll-outs. As a key member of the integration team, she has developed and delivered innovative solutions.

After five years of Product Management and dedicated work, Narine has joined the Hybrid Interaction team as an Associate Consultant, leading iGaming consulting projects across various markets & verticals, as well as taking responsibility for the agency’s B2B marketing activities. 

Bella Yedoyan joined our team of Analysts in December 2021, and has been picking up a handful of additional responsibilities ever since. During her bachelor’s degree studies in International Relations, Bella began working with data as she acquired a position in a charitable non-profit organization as a DBA, where she gained fundamental knowledge later to be practiced in Hybrid Interaction. 

Studying for her master’s degree in Project Management and working part-time as a junior researcher in National University of Construction and Architecture of Armenia, Bella saw our job offering post on LinkedIn, took her chance and has been immediately given a chance to implement her knowledge and exercise her analytical and interpersonal skills.


As an aspiring CRM executive, Bella is certified across all leading Marketing Automation platforms in the market. She can give a helping hand in all sorts of tasks - from creative content writing and account management, to User Journey configuration & analysis, marketing strategy building.

Lali Odosashvili comes with over a decade of experience in customer relations within the entertainment industry and is currently leading the Business Development in North America. Her great understanding of tourism and hospitality helps her to find common ground with clients of various backgrounds. 

Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Columbia, South Carolina, to gain expertise in the changing regulatory environment of the gambling industry in North America. She is working across several regulated jurisdictions with online gambling operators, including omnichannel projects in the most saturated local markets, and she’s recently appeared on the biggest iGaming stages, to share her thoughts on the most relevant topics of the gambling industry.

Lali joined us in the beginning of 2022, and has made a huge impact on Hybrid Interactions growth ever since. Her impressive set of skills has benefited our clients through every stage of business development.

Gregory Gevondyan is our newest Junior Analyst. After graduating school, Gregory moved to Armenia to continue his studies in the American University in the field of Data Science, and picked up classic student positions such as Customer Support and a part-time English teacher. 

 

Following a stellar interview during his freshman year, Gregory has altered his career to iGgaming, and joined our team to better use his communication and technical skills while working with the Hybrid Interaction clients, and along the way gaining  experience in CRM Operations, Client Account Management and Leading Projects from A to Z.

Armine Buduryan is a former CRM consultant, with a Master’s degree in Psychology and more than 10+ years of experience in Telecommunication as a Customer Care, Sales, Quality Control specialist, Coach and Trainer. As a rising star  in France Telecom’s subsidiary company “Orange Armenia'', she has climbed her way up from from the front line customer care specialist to various leading positions in Complaint Management, Retention/Loyalty and Sales.

 

Armina has a solid background in iGaming,  following a previous position as a Finance/Payment Supervisor in “DafaBet” - one of the world's leading online betting companies. That, along with  her communication, product and soft skills, gained over the years, will help our clients in strategy-building, account management and User Journey configuration. She has the drive to get the knowledge and background through the experience, which encourages never-ending  aspiration for professional growth.

Kasparis Momdjian is a CRM Project Manager at Hybrid Interaction.

Having majored in Finance, with a diverse experience in the fields of Procurement, E-Commerce and CRM operations. Throughout his journey he has developed the skills of Operations Management, Customer Relations, Content Creation/Integration and Basic HTML/CSS for web design.

 

After 5+ years of work experience in his field, Kasparis entered the IGaming world through DafaBet; an online betting company in Asia, as a Payments Deposit Associate, monitoring the fraud & risk of player deposit transactions.

 

Kasparis then shifted his career completely to IGaming, to better implement his skills and passion by playing the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within deadlines, to ensure the best quality work is met along with customer satisfaction.
